Żeberka w miodzie is a well-known Polish dish, which consists of spare pork ribs. Sprinkled with salt and pepper, ribs (cut into pieces) are marinated in white wine, mixed with ginger sauce and soy sauce. Before cooking, they are spread with honey and are fried until brown in hot oil. Finally a sauce prepared with chopped onion, chopped garlic, lemon juice, tomato puree, and honey is poured over the juicy and crispy pork ribs. Żeberka w miodzie simmer until soft in the oven and is ready to be served.
