There are many kinds of salads made with avocado, as avocado may be combined with different ingredients. This salad is always flavorful and healthy, crunchy and refreshing, as the fruit itself is. It is normally eaten as soon as it is done.

Cut avocado may be combined with tomatoes, onion, dressed with oil and a little of lemon juice or vinegar. It is sprinkled with chopped parsley and is ready to be served. Cut green peppers may be added. Avocado is also often combined with seafood, such as sardines, shrimps, crabs.

Avocado salad can be creatively arranged on the lettuce leaves before serving.
