Bacalhãu á Gomes de Sá
Bacalhãu á Gomes de Sá is a traditional dish especially popular in the Northern Portugal. It was invented by José Luis Gomes de Sa and the dish holds his name. The ingredients of the Bacalhãu á Gomes de Sá are cod, potatoes, eggs, onions, garlic, oil, olive and parsley. The cod, potatoes, eggs are first boiled, peeled and cut in slices. The onion and garlic are fried before ahead in some oil. Then the ingredients are put into a casserole in layers and baked. When the Bacalhãu á Gomes de Sá is ready it is garnished with olives and parsley and served. The dish is delicious.
