Famous for having the most complicated Chinese character for its name, biangbiang mian, or Belt Noodles, are a Shaanxi speciality. Known for their length, thickness and width, these noodles are most often served without a soup, but with lots of spices! Mixed with the hand-pulled noodles are fresh chili peppers, pure peanut oil, onions, garlic, other spices and vegetables. Since it is a spicy dish, you may want to have some water on hand – but it is an eating experience all visitors enjoy!
