Bianco di Custoza
Bianco di Custoza is an Italian dry white wine produced in Veneto region. It was given Denominazione di origine controllata (DOC) status in 1971. Bianco di Custoza is made from the following varieties: Trebbiano Toscano, Garganega, Tocai Friulano (from 2007 called Friulano), Cortese, Chardonnay, Malvasia bianca lunga, Riesling Italico. The color of the wine is pale straw yellow with a vinous, slightly aromatic flavour.
Bianco di Custoza is also available in sparkling form. It is held in cellars from one to two year before it is good to drink it.
