Brezel König is one of the most popular foods in Switzerland, as the locals love it so much that they eat them instead of sandwich bread. It is very easy to recognize this cookie because it has a unique and interesting form, like “arms crossed” and are sold at many stands across the city, so, there are always freshly baked ones. Traditionally, the pretzels are prepared from flour, water, yeast and salt, and are sprinkled with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or poppy.
