Bubur Ketan Hitam
Bubur Ketan Hitam is a delicious Indonesian kind of porridge prepared with black glutinous rice, pandan leaves, water, palm sugar syrup, salt and freshly squeezed thick coconut milk or coconut cream. In some recipes, coconut milk, together with salt and pandan is used in the preparation of coconut milk sauce, ginger being then added in order to enrich the porridge’s flavor.
Bubur Ketan Hitam is extremely loved for its delicious flavor, it being considered a pretty nutritional dessert. This tasty dish is served for breakfast, usually at the room temperature.
