Copenhagen Potatoes are a Danish specialty prepared of boiled and fried potatoes, bacon, vinegar and parsley and butter is used for frying all the ingredients. This dish is normally served hot. The potatoes should have a lovely golden colour and should be crispy on the surface and soft inside. The dish itself has an appetizing flavour of butter, potatoes and fried bacon. To improve the taste or make it a bit different some add apple cider vinegar, and potatoes become extremely delicious. The bacon must also be crispy.
