Couscous Bean Salad
Couscous Bean Salad is a mouth-watering salad often served as a gentle start for a heavier meal.
The boiled couscous gets mixed with the already cooked and slightly tender corn, as well as with a blend of chopped fresh vegetables consisting of tomato, pepper, garlic, green onion, cilantro and parsley.
