Deep Fried Bread Twists (You tiao: 油条) - is a long, golden-brown, deep fried strip of dough in Chinese cuisine and other East and Southeast Asian cuisines, and is usually eaten for breakfast. Deep fried bread twists are light and airy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Traditionally, they are lightly salted and made so they can be easily torn lengthwise in two. Deep fried bread twists is a dish for common people and it is normally eaten with rice congee or soy milk.
