Dobrada is a stew with triple. The ingredients of the triple stew are triple (soaked and boiled before ahead), pork or bacon and chorizo (Portuguese sausages), chick peas (soaked and boiled before ahead), vegetables like onions, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, bay leaves, parsley and paprika. Also, for Dobrada white wine and olive oil are used. Sometimes flour is used too, to prepare it. The ingredients are added in a certain order and simmered for a long time till it becomes a stew like dish. Dobrada is seasoned with some parsley and served hot plain or with some rice, or some vegetables.
