Febras Assadas

Febras Assadas are baked pork legs. It is a Portuguese traditional dish. The pork legs are sliced and marinated with some white wine, olive oil, paprika and parsley. Then the Febras Assadas are baked with the sauce from marinade till ready. Another way to prepare Febras Assadas is to simmer first pork legs in above listed ingredients and some curry and then bake them till ready. Febras Assadas are served with potatoes and other cooked vegetables or vegetable salad. The dish is absolutely delicious.
