Fegatelli Alla Fiorentina
Fegatelli Alla Fiorentina is a traditional Tuscan dish and a must taste for meat lovers. The classic version is made of pork caul fat, pork liver, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, bay leaves, fennel seads, extra virgin olive oil, salt and ground pepper. The liver is divided into pieces which are combined with the rest of the ingredients and wrapped in the caul fat pieces. The ready fegatelli are fried in olive oil until the fat melts. The dish is sprinkled with the liquid it produces and is served immediately.
