Fish balls with dill sauce and pasta

Fiskbullar (Swedish Fishballs) is a Swedish dish, which is usually prepared from white fish (cod, haddock or tilapia). The fish is cut into small pieces and then blended with cream in blender until smooth purée. After that salt and cornstarch or potato flour are added to form light and fluffy mixture. After being refrigerated, small portions of the mixture are taken and shaped into round balls; then are simmered in salted water or fish bouillon until firm. Fiskbullar may be served with cream sauce (prepared with fish bouillon and cream), rice, pasta, steamed or pressed potatoes or couscous. Fishballs are available with different sauces, including seafood sauce, lobster sauce, lemon sauce. The most common one is perhaps dill - or lobster sauce.
