Fiskeboller or fish dumplings is the traditional Danish specialty. The Danes add fish dumplings to a variety of food, such as vegetables soups, tomato soups and curry soups. But some people eat fish dumplings by their own or with a side dish. Fiskeboller are eiher cooked at cafes and restaurants or sold in supermarkets. The ingredients the fish dumplings are made of are fresh fish, eggs, milk, wheat flour, potato flour, white pepper and cream. Fiskeboller are oval shaped, of a white or creamy colour.
