Kothimbir wadi
From Mycitycuisine.org
Kothimbir wadi is a traditional Indian food and a great, tasty snack. The ingredients of the Kothimbir wadi are coriander, besan (chickpea flour), whole-wheat or rice flour, semolina, cilantro, garlic, ginger, green chilli or chilli powder, jaggery, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, sugar, salt, water and oil. The ingredients are mixed to make batter. The batter can either be baked or simmered. When Kothimbir wadi cools down, it is sliced in pieces and deep fried in some oil. Although, it can be served without being fried too. Kothimbir wadi is served hot with some green chutney or coriander leaves.
