The cheese is mixed with flour, shaped in form of a ball, and baked until golden brown. It is important that syrup is poured immediately on the hot cookies. Cooked in Turkish households, and enjoyed by most Turks, it remembers the smell of sweet childhood and grandmother's tasty food. Lor Tatlısı, traditionally served with Turkish kaymak cream, is a real delight.
