Mie Bakso

Mie Bakso is a noodle dish extremely popular in Indonesia and China. As the case of many other Indonesian dishes, one of mie bakso’s main ingredients are noodles. In fact, the dish represents an unbeatable combination between bakso and this specially prepared Indonesian pasta. Bakso is commonly made from the mixture of ground beef and tapioca flour, however it may be also be made from other ingredients, such as chicken, fish, or shrimp.

Mie Bakso can be served with sweet soy sauce, chili, or just some cut celery.

Variations of this dish can be found in such countries as Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia.
