Mughlai Chicken is chicken meat in a mild, creamy and thick sauce. It is a dish that is served only at special events.
To prepare Mughlai Chicken, first the onions are crashed and fried with ginger and garlic paste. Cinnamon and cardamom, chilli and cumin powders and some other Indian spices are added. The chicken pieces are added to this aromatic fried spices and is cooked till the meat is tender. Some broth is added to the pan. The cream is blended with almond paste and added to the chicken and the dish is ready to be served.
Mughlai Chicken is usually eaten with a flat bread.
