Neuhaus chocolate is another most famous chocolate in Belgium manufactured by Neuhaus. Neuhaus was founded in 1857 by Jean Neuhaus and is one of the most known Belgium manufacturers of luxury Belgian chocolates, biscuits and ice cream. Neuhaus is also famous for inventing the so popular pralines or else known, Belgian Chocolate. Also, Neuhaus is famous for inventing the ballotin (a gift-wrap box that preserves better the chocolates). Neuhaus produces a large variety of chocolates like pralines such as the Caprice and the Tentation, Liquorices, guimauves (similar to marshmallows) and dark chocolate tablets, Fresh Cream Chocolates, Ganache Chocolates, Chocolate Truffles and many-many others.
