Pan con Chorizo

Pan con Chorizo is the name for Cuban bread with cut Spanish chorizo sausage. This sandwich is highly seasoned with paprika that's why it has a characteristic reddish colour. For pan con chorizo pork sausage is normally used. Generally, this dish is considered fast-food or street food, but sometimes it is classified as a side dish. It is very popular in Cuba and in whole Latin America. There are also some variations of the original recipe when pan con chorizo is made with saffron and chocolate.
