Roast Aberdeen Angus beef has an amazing texture and a deep ruby color. The beef is roasted very quickly, at high heat, so that it acquires a rare, delicious and appetizing roast. It can be prepared on the bone or off it, but usually on the bone tends to be more aromatic. Mustard, black pepper, peeled shallots, and onion are added to the meat to enrich the taste.

Roast Aberdeen Angus beef is served cut in slices and with crispy roast potatoes, as well as different vegetables.
