It is well known the fact that people in Switzerland do not only like good food but also beautifully decorated tables that is why every meal is a real “piece of art” for them. A Swiss breakfast usually includes bread or any other sweet pastry like croissants, cakes, biscuits etc, marmalade, honey or jam, butter or margarine, some cheese, cereals (commonly muesli), milk, cold or hot chocolate, tea or coffee, juice; some people enjoy a more copious breakfast with sausages, omelets, fried eggs etc. It is considered to be the most important meal that is why it should be nutritious, hearty and tasty in order to start a good day with good food.
