Taiwanese Coleslaw is a salad dish which has the main ingredients green scallions, Asian green cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, honey, freshly grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, ground black pepper, sesame seeds. Preparation is simple and easy as the cabbage, carrots and onions are sliced into very thin julienne forms and placed in a dip salad bowl. A sauce on the basis of mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, ginger and sesame oil is made and poured over the vegetables, sprinkling on the top sesame seeds and some chopped scallions. It is served as an appetizer, usually accompanying meat dishes, or alone for vegetables lovers.
