Tatanka is an alcohol beverage that consists of apple juice and Zubrowka Vodka. Tatanka is also known in Poland as szarlotka or apple cocktail. It is served chilled, with ice.

Żubrówka (one of the elements of tatanka drink) also known in English as Buffalo Grass Vodka or Bison Grass Vodka, is a brand of dry, herb-flavored vodka that is distilled from rye and bottled at 40% alcohol by volume (80 proof). Its flavor is unique and is described as having woodruff, vanilla, coconut, and almond notes.

It is very simple to prepare Tatanka and tastes absolutely dreamy. This cocktail calls for the use of fresh apple juice as the main ingredient. The combination of these two drinks results in a drink similar to wine, flavored with cinnamon and vanilla. The drink should be offered in old-fashioned glasses.
