A traditional Viennese Beef Soup is called the national soup of Austria and is welcome on any table of the country. This transparent soup is served with sprinkled chives or parsley, but variety of seasonings can also be added - such as dumplings, noodles or rice. Due to them the soup always tastes differently, but is always amazingly tasty. The Viennese Beef Soup is made from beef meat and bones with the adding of bay leaves, egg whites, onions, different soup herbs and vegetables. The ingredients are boiled over low heat, partially covered, until meat and vegetables are soft.
